So far so good! 
As I shared in my last post that I am getting up early around 5.30 am these days and today was no different. 
On Monday, yoga class at 7.00 am is about slow exercises as we have two days gap. The exercises may be slow but they literally burn a lot of calories and need much effort and concentration. 
It's sony boy's birthday, so breakfast was potato - poha rolls, paneer pakode and suji halwa with home made green chutney. The change in weather due to cyclone Tauktae perfectly complimented it and we had it in our balcony. The hot elaichi tea by RB did add value to the breakfast. ☕
All rules were broken today. The evening tea, a toast and chiwda namkeen and few (3) mangoes here and there during the day. 
Dinner was all outsourced. The cake was ordered from home Baker and dinner (pizza) was from Domino's. 
Sonny boy is a software engineer who eats, breaths and sleeps coding has this beautiful laptop cake on his birthday. 
The calories rich day ended late today. The family party and after dinner cards session has been a regular since last many years .
